A Las Vegas breast augmentation specialist is the victor in this year's Silver State Awards. Dr. Edward M. Las Vegas Laser and Lipo uses human fats cullied from other body parts for its implants. It also dabbles in skin treatments and nose jobs. It also has a medical loan service that loosens payment systems. No deal like it!
